Pursuant to the Fair Information Practices Act, M.G.L.A. c. 66A ยง 2, we request the Town of Belmont provide us with the complete records, documents, statements, reports, applications, permits, bids, work orders, and/ or notices and all other relevant materials relative to any work done to any street lights or other forms of illumination by the Town of Belmont and/ or any private entity (including contractors, subcontractors, agents, other entities of the Commonwealth, and/ or individuals) given to or made or produced by the Town of Belmont and/or any of its contractors, agents, servants and/ or employees regarding any and all electric work, roadwork or the like impacting the street lights, at or in front of 7 Marsh Street, Belmont, Massachusetts between December 1, 2014 and the present.
We understand this information is often publicly available via bids on town websites. If it makes it easier for all parties, we will gladly be directed to such documents. Please feel free to contact me directly for further explanation to streamline and make easier this process (
