Under the Massachusetts Public Records Act § 66-10 et seq., I am requesting copies of public records that pertain to the activity and final balances for the year ending 6/30/17 (FY17) in the Health Insurance Trusts (Employer and Employee). I understand that these "actual" reports do not include accrued expenditures that have not yet paid (IBNR). Please include the End of Fiscal Year Balance Sheets in MUNIS for both the Employer and Employee Trust Funds.
If there are any fees for searching, creating, or copying these records, please inform me and I will send you reimbursement.
The Massachusetts Public Records Act requires a response to this request within 10 days. If access to the records I am requesting will take longer than this amount of time, please contact me with information about when I might expect copies or the ability to inspect the requested records.
